As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with clients, providing personalized support with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship. No prior social care experience is required; we need only a full UK driving license, access to your own vehicle, and the Right to Work in the UK.

Your role will involve developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored support. You'll also benefit from our comprehensive training programs and apprenticeships, designed to help you grow and advance in your career.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

About the Role:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, toileting, and showering
  • Helping with mobility around the home
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support
  • Assisting with household chores, cooking, and cleaning
  • Running errands, such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
