Radar Systems Development

We seek experienced Radar Technology Developers to join our team in designing, developing, and optimising advanced radar systems for critical applications.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the delivery of high-performance radar solutions that meet the challenging requirements of the aerospace and defence industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement signal processing algorithms for radar detection, tracking, and imaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct performance analysis, modelling, and simulation of radar systems to ensure optimal design and operation.
  • Evaluate and mitigate radar system vulnerabilities, including electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electronic countermeasures (ECM).
  • Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of radar systems in laboratory and field environments.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in radar technology and contribute to research and development activities.
Salary:

£55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
