We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will be supporting adults with a learning disability in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal and emotional support to individuals
  • Helping people plan and manage their own home and daily routines
  • Supporting individuals with leisure, employment, and individual interests
  • Empowering people with a learning disability to live the lives they choose

Requirements:
