Our client is a leading investor and developer in both residential and commercial real estate.

The Residential team manages a portfolio of homes, mainly in London, providing a variety of homes for rent, including traditional rented homes, fully serviced apartments, and a co-living offer.

This 12-month fixed term contract position is a Residential Portfolio Coordinator role, working 3 or 4 days per week.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Inputting and maintaining accurate property data.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and associated tasks.
  • Dealing with service charge queries and property management issues.
  • Leasehold queries and dealing with licences and consents.
  • Managing management agreements, service charge estimates, long term maintenance plans and service charge accounts.
  • Liaising with managing agents, meeting with them as required.
  • Systems management, using Access and Excel to manage data.
  • Supporting the residential team in the implementation of MRI, acting as the project coordinator for the residential team.

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Familiar with leases and leasehold legislation.
  • Experience with Leasehold service charges and service charge accounts.
  • Advanced use of Excel and Access.
  • Experience using MRI.

Remuneration will depend on prior experience but will comprise a competitive basic salary, benefits and a bonus.

The role is on a 12 month fixed term contract basis but there is potential for a permanent role at the end, though this is not guaranteed.
