Job Description

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Property Management team as a Residential Portfolio Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing designated properties and tasks across our residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating and preparing management reports, maintaining tenancy schedules, and other reporting requirements.
  2. Ensuring property management systems and property records are accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Managing residential agents, overseeing the coordination and review of property reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Liaising professionally with occupiers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  5. Overseeing the management of rents, arrears, rates, insurance, service charges, landlord works, and costs.
  6. Supporting on all Lease and Tenancy matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly customer-focused with excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to self-manage and prioritise own workload, but ready to ask colleagues for advice or support tackling new or different areas.
  • Ability to accept and act on feedback, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Numerate with business acumen and previous experience in residential block and AST property management is essential.
  • Previous experience in managing mixed-use developments would be an advantage.
  • Experience interpreting leases and dealing with service charges would also be beneficial.
