About the Role

X4 Life Sciences is seeking a highly experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a key member of our online pharmacy and pharmaceutical supplier. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management, layout, and workflow processes, while maintaining compliance with internal GPhC, GDP, and GMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely ordering and restocking of pharmaceutical products.
  • Develop and implement efficient layout and workflow processes to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on regulatory matters and best practices.
Requirements
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacist.
  • Strong experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to maintain professional training and CPD requirements.
  • UK citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain/Settled Status.
