About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Sign In Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, renewal, and upsell.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer projects and drive program initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, platform changes, and partner technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the team by sharing customer insights and driving new ways to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer relationship management role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience working with enterprise-level accounts delivering exceptional customer advocacy and advisory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver messages and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of customer projects, meeting deadlines for customer engagements and deliverables.
  • Fluency in Danish or other languages is an advantage.
