Telecoms Client Service Assistant

The primary responsibilities of the Telecoms Client Service Assistant include processing incoming installation job packs, completing the job register, and answering phones to internal and external customers. You will also be required to contact customers to book engineers visits, make up job packs including specifications and drawings, receive incoming deliveries, and check incoming equipment against schedule to ensure that equipment is available for installs. Additionally, you will assist with assigning cable to jobs and complete cable sheets, and support Police Signalling Liaison.

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Qualifications and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You should also have basic IT skills and be able to learn new software quickly.
You will need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. A Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification or equivalent experience would be beneficial.
