Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing a high-quality maintenance service to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with external contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Advise staff members on maintenance and repair procedures, ensuring that all equipment and machinery is used and stored safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and report any maintenance or repair issues, ensuring that all defects are addressed promptly.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and machinery is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Collaborate with other members of the facilities team to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to staff and clients, responding promptly to maintenance and repair requests and ensuring that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a facilities maintenance role, with a strong background in maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols, with the ability to identify and report any potential hazards or risks.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
