Assessment Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assessment Assistant in the Office of the School of Clinical Medicine.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is moving towards digital modes of assessment. If you have experience in online or face-to-face student assessment, this role could be ideal for you.

As an Assessment Assistant, you will work closely with administrative and senior clinical colleagues, liaising with students and building positive relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of assessments, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will need to be proactive and keen to develop and refine processes to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly are essential. Experience of digital assessment delivery would be welcome, but not necessary. Good organizational and time management skills, excellent team working skills, and a positive and professional attitude are also essential.

Once appointed, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment. The University actively supports equality, diversity, and inclusion and encourages applications from all sections of society.

The University has a responsibility to ensure that all employees are eligible to live and work in the UK.
