About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Graduate to join our team at a large all-through school in Havering. As a Supportive Education Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive learning environment for students with a range of needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in supporting students with special educational needs, working closely with the Speech and Language ARP to provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
