- Conduct regular quality checks and adhere to established protocols, guaranteeing high-quality products.
- Report any production-related issues or concerns to management, contributing to a safe working environment.
- Record production accurately, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
Working Schedule:
A 4-week shift pattern is in place, allowing employees to enjoy a balance of days off and work shifts.
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is £26,450 per annum, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on experience and performance.
