Combustion Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Combustion Specialist to join our team at Zeeco. As a member of our global team, you will travel to various facilities, diagnose equipment issues, upgrade technologies to meet environmental initiatives, and solve combustion problems primarily for refining and petrochemical end users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to existing and new clients, fostering relationships and building trust.
- Promote Zeeco products and services to existing and new clients.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with key personnel.
- Influence decision makers to identify and negotiate opportunities.
- Assist with commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of combustion equipment.
- Understand end-users' needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Work to generate inquiries and assess equipment operation status to develop scope definitions.
- Follow up and provide feedback on open quotes and assist in closing orders.
- Identify maintenance turnaround dates and offer Zeeco products and services to support the turnaround.
- Establish working agreements with strategic end-users.
- Provide technical and sales support to increase the productivity of Zeeco's manufacturer's reps.
- Offer feedback for continuous improvement of Zeeco's products.
- Preferred candidates must work well with others, be confident in their technical capabilities, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Education in engineering or significant experience around combustion equipment is required.
- Knowledge of combustion equipment and experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing are preferred.
- Independent work ethic and strong problem-solving ability are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service/sales experience are required.
