**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Property Development Curriculum Specialist to join our team at The Developers Club Careers.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality teaching modules that cover the entire property development life cycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive curriculum content that covers all aspects of property development.
  • Module Creation: Write engaging modules that cover sourcing opportunities, appraisal, planning, development, and delivery.
  • Teaching Materials: Create and utilize high-quality teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to ensure modules are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Programme Delivery: Oversee the delivery of programmes to ensure a high-quality learning experience for members.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
