We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Club Assistant. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in connecting volunteers with the right opportunities and supporting them throughout their volunteering journey.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote volunteering and community engagement. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional support to our volunteers, ensuring they have a positive and rewarding experience.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with volunteers, community groups, and stakeholders. You will be proactive, flexible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to volunteers, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the community team to develop and implement strategies that promote volunteering and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer interactions and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs that enhance the volunteer experience.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
