Supporter Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supporter Development Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through acquisition, retention, and reactivation of members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation and development of new and existing membership initiatives to drive growth
  • Support the creation and development of new supporter journeys and initiatives to deepen their involvement with the Trust
  • Develop effective communication and other activities to drive income growth
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven track record and experience in direct marketing and/or membership/supporter/customer engagement
  • Experience in developing effective communication and other activities to drive income growth
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
