About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head of Quality to develop and implement quality assurance strategies
  • Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, setting clear quality benchmarks and standards
  • Oversee regular audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead quality assurance efforts for subcontractors, ensuring alignment with our standards and expectations
  • Provide guidance and support to subcontractors to enhance program quality and performance
  • Actively engage and support in self-assessment activities across all contracts
  • Monitor and support the enhancement of performance and standards
  • Develop and deliver training to staff across contracts as required
  • Set, measure, and review individual/team KPIs and performance targets
Requirements
  • Assessor qualification or equivalent
  • IQA qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an educational quality role
  • Experience in delivering training and support
  • Experience in data analysis and producing reports
  • Excellent management/supervisory experience
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes
