Marketing Assistant

Harbour Hotels is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join their central head office marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of marketing materials, including social media assets, campaigns, and visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials, including social media content, ads, and video reels.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager to design and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Support the Social Team in creating engaging social media content.
  • Design and create design templates for hotel teams to use.
  • Present design concepts and mock-ups to stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Work on hotel design briefs, ensuring that all design elements align with the Harbour brand guidelines.
  • Help generate ideas for marketing campaigns and develop concepts by hand or with software.
  • Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
Requirements:
  • Mid-level creative designer with at least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in creative design work for a luxury lifestyle brand is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure with fast turnarounds, tight deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Great understanding of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, and Premier Pro.
