About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our stocktaking team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely completion of stock counts
- Ensure that all stock counts are completed to a high standard, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Develop and implement processes to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Travel to various client sites, with occasional overnight stays
Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure and manage time effectively
- Willingness and ability to travel

Working Conditions:
