About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Director to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping our civil engineering projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and direct teams of civil engineers to deliver high-quality design solutions and projects.
  2. Manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, ensuring successful project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions and grow our civil engineering capability.
  4. Establish and maintain quality assurance standards in design, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to grow and develop civil engineering capability within the practice.
