Lead the Culinary Team
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing culinary team, driving excellence in guest experience, and maintaining exceptional kitchen standards. Your role will involve coaching and developing your team to achieve outstanding results, while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of chefs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experience
- Ensure kitchen operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and control kitchen costs, including labor, inventory, and waste management
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients and competitive pricing
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and innovations, applying knowledge to improve menu offerings and guest experience
