About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Paint Technician to join our team at our site in Brackley.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
- Mix paint to match vehicle colour and apply it using spray guns and other equipment.
- Run our spray booth.
- Ensure paint jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that all health and safety procedures and guidelines are being followed.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or similar role.
- Experience of working with a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to use paint mixing equipment and spray guns effectively.
- Understanding of the accident repair industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
