We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Paint Technician to join our team at Steer Automotive Group in Brackley.
As a Vehicle Paint Technician, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, mixing paint to match vehicle colour, and applying it using spray guns and other equipment.
You will also be responsible for running our spray booth, ensuring paint jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all health and safety procedures and guidelines are being followed.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or similar role, experience of working with a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles, and strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials.
You should also have the ability to use paint mixing equipment and spray guns effectively, understanding of the accident repair industry, excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
