Join Our Team as a Head of PR

Fifth Ring is a global B2B agency that helps our clients own their space in the market. We're looking for a skilled Head of PR to lead our PR campaigns and drive business growth.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned PR professional to lead the strategic planning and tactical delivery of PR campaigns. As a Head of PR, you'll work closely with our Client Services team to develop and execute creative and dynamic PR strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead PR campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Work closely with the Client Services team to understand client needs and develop tailored PR strategies
  • Support clients with communications advice and recommendations across various mediums
  • Proactively develop and pitch creative campaign concepts to clients
  • Represent Fifth Ring and our clients with media on an international basis
  • Lead the Emergency Response team and fulfill ER responsibilities
  • Play a senior role in pitching for new projects/clients
  • Lead in the development and delivery of new products and services
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members
Requirements
  • Experience in a PR role, including strategic campaign planning, PR and media relations, and crisis communications
  • Effective writing and presentation skills
  • Influencing at a senior level
  • Operating at a senior level
  • IT literate
  • Fluent in English
  • Management experience
Desirable
  • Emergency response experience
  • Developing and delivering pitches
  • Agency/client-facing experience
  • An understanding of business-to-business marketing and communications
  • Commercial awareness
  • Knowledge and experience of the oil and gas industry
  • Understanding of the digital landscape
