Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars in Staines. As a key member of our garage, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including petrol and diesel engines, hybrid and electric vehicles.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualified Technician with a full and valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and flexible approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of the garage.
