Job Purpose:To provide technical expertise and carry out vehicle inspections to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with our client's approved technical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality technical advice and service to all clients, ensuring their vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Work within relevant protocols, adhering to legislation, company, manufacturer, and supplier guidelines.
- Assist senior and master technicians, undertaking learning and development as prescribed.
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure colleagues do the same.
- Create and maintain a supportive culture for all colleagues, aligning with our client's Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA).
- Commit to ongoing learning and development.
- Deliver services in a resource-effective manner.
- Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
- Previous automotive technician experience, ideally with an MOT Testing qualification and main dealership experience.
- Demonstrate ability to support, coach, and counsel colleagues and junior team members.
- Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'.
- Performance Related Time Saved Bonus.
