Finance Graduate Scheme

The Finance Graduate Scheme is a two-year development programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the finance industry. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to learn about multiple aspects of finance and accounting, including financial reporting, analysis, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and validity.
  • Manage intercompany and related party reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Allocate payment elements of cash reporting associated with bank accounts and general ledgers.
  • Assist with the month-end reporting process, including journal voucher posting, reconciliation, and data analysis.
  • Process supplier payment runs and employee expense claims.
  • Process credit card transactions and reconcile associated credit card statements.
  • Manage and archive AP-related documents in accordance with requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control procedures, particularly with regards to invoice approval and authorisation limits.
  • Effectively manage and resolve vendor queries.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate (within the past 3 years) with a finance-related degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
