Finance Graduate Scheme

The Finance Graduate Scheme is a two-year development programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the finance industry. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to learn about multiple aspects of finance and accounting, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and validity.
  • Manage intercompany and related party reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Allocate payment elements of cash reporting associated with bank accounts and general ledgers.
  • Assist with the month-end reporting process, including posting journal vouchers, reconciliations, and data analysis.
  • Process supplier payment runs and employee expense claims.
  • Process credit card transactions and reconcile associated statements.
  • Manage and archive AP-related documents in accordance with requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control procedures, particularly with regards to invoice approval and authorisation limits.
  • Effectively manage and resolve vendor queries.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate (within the past 3 years).
  • Finance graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a career in finance.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Good analytical problem-solving ability.
