About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Accounts Executive to join our team at Dept. As a key member of our Personalised Content team, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored shopping experiences for our clients, including eBay, Ancestry, and Walmart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a team to deliver promotional and seasonal campaigns in-line with eBay's UK trading strategy, specifically across Fashion and Luxury categories.
  • Support senior merchandisers to manage client briefs from start to finish, including inventory planning, wireframing, campaign and events builds, and QA-ing.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to inform business decisions.
  • Regularly analyse performance data and present insights to the wider eBay teams.
  • Support the Senior Account Director with managing resource and scope.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years e-commerce/merchandising experience.
  • Experience in building and managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, able to identify opportunities and trends using data and insights.
  • A good eye for style and retail trends and an interest in current and upcoming trends.
