Job Title: Customer Success Manager EMEA
Job Description:
Dailymotion is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success & Account Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for advertisers and agencies, handling all campaign-related inquiries from start to finish.
Your key performance indicators will include client conversion and retention. Your scope will include, but is not limited to:
- Responding to RFPs and client inquiries in collaboration with Sales, AdOps, and Marketing teams
- Identifying opportunities for key accounts and developing strong advertising recommendations to meet client needs and objectives
- Expanding and developing client relationships, focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction
- Working to increase revenue on assigned portfolios
- Conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performances and developing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Collaborating with AdOps to ensure campaign delivery
- Working with Sales and Marketing teams to build effective media and insights solutions
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in adtech, media agency, or saleshouse in a similar position
- First-hand experience with the UK market is a plus
- Understanding of key concepts in programmatic and digital advertising
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Solid computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Suite
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
