We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide front-of-house reception services, including greeting visitors and handling incoming/outgoing post.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Update client contact databases and prepare engagement letters.
- Support with organizing group events and meetings.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and binding documents.
- Recent experience working in an office environment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a front-of-house role.
- Competent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Awareness of GDPR and its application in the workplace.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,500 to £24,000, depending on your experience. You will also enjoy a collaborative team environment, working Monday to Friday, 100% office-based with on-site parking.
