About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet and Facilities Manager to join our team at Transdev North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and facilities department to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Transdev and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee maintenance plans and janitorial services to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure facility efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Supervise maintenance and repairs of buses and other vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  4. Schedule and administer fleet maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  5. Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Company requirements, including regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  6. Manage and develop maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
  7. Handle financial and budget requirements to ensure efficient resource allocation and minimize costs.
Requirements:
  1. Technical training in a relevant field, such as automotive or diesel repair.
  2. Valid California CDL B with Passenger endorsement.
  3. 5 years of hands-on mechanical supervisory experience, with a focus on automotive or diesel repair.
  4. Direct experience with Cutaway buses is a plus.
  5. Subject to DOT drug testing.

Pay Range:

$100,000-120,000 (DOE).
