Medical Imaging Systems Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Equipment Support Professional to join our team in a home-based role covering the Midlands.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, including a basic salary of £40,000-£45,000 and a 10% bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored support solutions.
  • DELIVER EFFECTIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF MEDICAL IMAGING SYSTEM USERS.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THEIR SUCCESS WITH OUR SYSTEMS.
Requirements
  • A degree in Radiography or a related field.
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH X-RAY IMAGING SYSTEMS AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IS ESSENTIAL.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
  • THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY IN A HOME-BASED ENVIRONMENT IS NECESSARY.
