About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Imaging Equipment Technician to join our team in London. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will provide technical support to customers and colleagues, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in field-based technical support, with a strong understanding of complex healthcare systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing system failures, providing remote support, and carrying out corrective and preventative maintenance activities.
You will work closely with our District Service Delivery Manager to ensure that all customer needs are met, while maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- HNC (NVQ Level 4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service
