Data Management Specialist

Company Overview: LHR is an established and dynamic business based in Bromsgrove. We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team on a temporary basis for 3+ months.
Job Summary: We require an experienced data administrator to provide critical administrative support for a project that involves large amounts of data cleansing, entry, and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing large volumes of data on the CRM and Excel spreadsheets
- Entering and moving data to the correct location on Excel
- Checking and resolving anomalies/missing data via internal and external communication
- Escalating queries where necessary to resolve in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in high-volume data environments
- High proficiency with Excel (basic Excel test required at interview stage)
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving preferred due to limited public transport options
