We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our team at Grand Care Centre in Guiseley, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Manage and supervise the care team, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.
- Be a role model and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults in our care.
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and assessment to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, as required by regulatory bodies.
- Manage daily rotas and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring sufficient and safe use of manpower.
- Build relationships with external professionals, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Experience in elderly care is essential.
- Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.
- Evidence of knowledge relating to the care of older people.
- Demonstrate a professional manner and appearance.
- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and motivate a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and handle emergency situations effectively.
