Registered Mental Health Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare Ltd. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adults and younger people with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to patients with mental health needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health nursing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in mental health care.
