About the Role

As a Manufacturing Process Operator Apprentice at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and improving our pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and facilities. This hands-on apprenticeship will provide you with the skills and knowledge to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products.

Our apprenticeships are designed to develop your practical, problem-solving skills, and provide you with a nationally recognized qualification. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and have access to tailored training and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment in the manufacturing process, following strict safety protocols.
  • Investigate and solve problems, using logical approaches and seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Requirements
  • National 4/5 qualifications or equivalent, including Mathematics, English, and Science.
  • Predicted grades A-C (or equivalent) in relevant subjects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to follow instructions and take personal responsibility for tasks and actions.
