You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Your expertise will contribute to the development of practice in the Adult Critical Care Unit, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

The successful candidate will have experience in Neonatal or Paediatric nursing and be registered with the NMC. They will demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, adhering to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continuing care to critically ill patients, working independently and autonomously where necessary.
  • Participate in research and audit within the unit, contributing to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.

Salary: £35,964 - £43,780 Per Annum (Including High Cost Area)
