Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operative to join our team in Grimsby. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to manufacture products to specification and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to achieve high production standards and minimize waste levels.
- Follow work instruction documentation to ensure production meets efficiency and throughput targets.
- Report any quality or machine-related issues to the management team.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to company health and safety policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic numeracy skills and understanding of production efficiencies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
