Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the effective inspection, operation, and maintenance of MEP assets across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the reliability of assets through excellent standards of maintenance delivery.
  • Accurately complete all Corrigo Work Orders, including precise recording of critical spares/stock items used during tasks.
  • Provide technical advice and support to colleagues and clients.
  • Attend weekly/monthly contract meetings and complete reports on significant events or activities.
  • Actively participate in Health and Safety compliance activities, such as Hazard/Near Miss Reporting and Toolbox Talks.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL/RELX process and procedures when undertaking work orders.
  • Liaise with the supply chain to order M&E components for remedial/corrective works.
  • Attend nominated training courses as identified by Integral management.
  • Undertake Site Specific Technical Assessments and Skills Gap Analysis at intervals defined by Integral/JLL/RELX.
  • Take ownership of areas under Integral control, ensuring they are maintained to the required show site standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in building maintenance, including critical environments/equipment.
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar.
  • Level 3 C&G/NVQ, equivalent or exceeds.
  • C&G 2391 test and inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing, and certification.
  • LV Authorized Person.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
  • Good IT and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and clear-thinking.
