Electrical and Mechanical Technician

Vanrath is seeking a dual skilled maintenance professional to join their team. As a maintenance engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting planned and reactive maintenance, accurately documenting all maintenance activities, and taking the lead on projects involving new machinery and equipment installation.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in single and three-phase electrical systems and installations. You will also need to be skilled in diagnosing faults in electrical control circuits and mechanical equipment.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and be competent in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
This is a highly competitive role with a salary of £42,210 per year, plus optional overtime paid at time-and-a-half. You will also enjoy a flexible 12-hour shift pattern with long weekend rest periods and one Saturday shift every six weeks.
