Job Opportunity: Geography Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled Geography teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Geography at GCSE on a full-time basis.

The Geography department at our school is highly successful and well-resourced, boasting a supportive and approachable head of department. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and a teaching qualification with QTS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of all learners
• Assess and record student achievement
• Manage the classroom and resources effectively to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Maintain positive discipline and promote the well-being and progress of students
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and students

Requirements

• Geography teacher with excellent subject knowledge
• Teaching qualification with QTS
• Legal ability to work within the UK
