Compliance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our in-house compliance function at a leading Legal 500 firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategy across the firm in relation to compliance, overseeing and managing policies and procedures, and advising the board on implementing compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance across the firm.
  • Manage and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, including the SRA.
  • Provide guidance and support to the board on compliance matters, including financial crime and data protection.
  • Lead and develop the compliance team to ensure effective compliance management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, specifically within a Law firm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and board members.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective compliance strategies and policies.
