About the Role

Kingdom Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Harold Wood, England. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support.

Salary: £29,200 - £43,680 per annum

The successful candidate will have experience working within a community older adult or Memory Service team, specifically in a dementia assessment team/memory clinic either currently working in one or within the past 2 years.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload autonomously in the community, liaising with clients, carers, and families via telephone, video conferencing, or face-to-face. Your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide excellent communication skills will be essential in this role.

Requirements

  • Qualified mental health practitioner with knowledge of working with and managing a caseload autonomously in the community
  • Experience of working within a community older adult or Memory Service team, specifically in a dementia assessment team/memory clinic either currently working in one or within the past 2 years
  • Ability to manage caseload within a community setting with support and supervision
