We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Bridgfords in Harrogate. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Your Role as a Residential Sales Consultant

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion

Requirements for Success

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
