Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team at Gripple Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the repair and planned maintenance of our automated equipment, as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automated equipment
  • Conduct planned maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained with experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
