Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
Promote the FatFace brand and culture to customers and colleagues
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
