Semiconductor Manufacturing Director

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Semiconductor Manufacturing Director to join our team at First People Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of technical and quality interface between assigned customers and company manufacturing sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present materials in front of an audience. Experience in a manufacturing or research and development environment in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise between assigned customers and our facilities as the technical interface.
- Process and coordinate resolution of customer complaints and claims.
- Propose technical solutions to customers and drive joint product evaluations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Science, Materials Engineering, or Silicon Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or research and development environment in the semiconductor industry, preferably with silicon experience.
