Job Overview

IC Resources is currently seeking a skilled Semiconductor Production Manager to oversee production operations and assembly lines in our London office. This key role involves planning, coordinating, and managing daily production activities while maintaining stringent quality control processes.

The successful candidate will lead and motivate the production team, identifying process improvement programs and driving efficiency across the manufacturing floor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process

We are offering a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you have strong production management experience within assembly and/or semiconductor manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, please apply.
